This website is operated by Silentfury. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Silentfury. Silentfury offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you – the user – conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Article 1 – Online Store Terms

Article 2 – Products and Assortment
1. All products are shipped exclusively from the Netherlands. We do not ship from abroad.
2. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will be an exact match.
3. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to certain persons or regions.
Article 3 – Orders and Payments
1. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order and shipping information.
Article 4 – Shipping and Delivery
1. Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 business days.
2. Within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1–3 business days after shipment.
3. We currently do not ship orders outside the Netherlands unless otherwise agreed.
Article 5 – Returns and Exchanges
1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
2. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
3. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in cases of errors or defective products.
4. Exchanges are only possible if the desired product is still in stock.
Article 6 – Prices
1. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
2. Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Article 7 – Liability
1. Silentfury is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of our products.
2. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
3. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the respective product.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, texts, and images of Silentfury are protected by intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without our express written permission.

Article 10 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
